  • · Step tracker – if you have walking difficulties, this can help monitor progress.
  •       Walking aid – bring your walker or wheelchair if you normally use one.
  •       Flashlight or torch light – useful for navigating in low light
  •       500 ml thermos flask– for keeping your individual decoction warm.
  •       Extra pair of slippers – needed during treatments, as they may get oily. Many guests also prefer walking barefoot to feel the earth.
  •       Music device (iPod/MP3 player) – for listening to soothing, relaxing music.
  •       Book or Kindle – if you enjoy reading, bring a book of your choice. However, reading time per day is limited, and thrillers are not recommended.
  •       Clothing & Personal Items. Pack simple and comfortable clothes; avoid expensive or sensitive or light-coloured outfits.
  •       During winter (nights may drop to 22°C), bring long-sleeved pyjama for warmth.
  •       Women: Light, long robes are provided for body treatments, but you may bring your own if preferred.
  •       Men: Bring your own robe, towel (to wrap around the waist), or short trousers for treatments.
  •       Toiletries and personal grooming items – including a nail cutter, comb, shampoo, etc.

  •       No need for any electrical gadgets from other countries. Mobile or laptop can be plugged in without additional adaptors.
  •       Leave some free space and weight in your luggage for approximately 10 kg of herbs that you’ll take home after treatment.

·        After leaving our place with all the herbal medicines, we will provide a customs clearance certificate confirming that the herbs are for medical purposes and not toxic.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are international quality standards established by the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure the safety, consistency, and effectiveness of medicines. India adopted GMP in 1988 as a legal requirement for Ayurvedic drug manufacturers under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act (1945).

 In India, Ayurvedic medicines can only be produced in GMP-certified facilities, ensuring strict quality control at every stage—from sourcing raw materials to final production. This minimizes the risk of contamination, mix-ups, and errors while maintaining high safety and efficacy standards.

GMP certification is a seal of quality, guaranteeing that Ayurvedic medicines are prepared using authentic ingredients and standardized methods. As the world’s second-largest pharmaceutical producer, India follows GMP to meet global safety standards and ensure the effectiveness of its traditional medicines.

PAMS treatment consists of three cycles, with each inpatient therapy lasting 50–60 days. During this period, patients must take herbal preparations, covering 180 days of inpatient care and 965 days of post-treatment medication. The exact duration may vary based on individual needs, with the final decision made during consultation (see Dr. Prasanth’s Ayurveda).

After completing the three treatment cycles, patients can discontinue our herbal medicines. However, those with an EDSS score below 3.5 may stop earlier if advised, but the others would be recommended to continue our herbal medication for a longer period of time, according to PAMS protocol. Some patients choose to continue long-term due to the additional health benefits, including nervous system recovery, digestive health support, and disease prevention. Since these medicines are well-tolerated with no side effects, they can be safely continued if desired.

After finishing the 3 cycles of treatments the herbal preparations can be discontinued. Normally these medicines help in rejuvenation, recovering of the nervous system, keeping the digestive system in form, and prevention of diseases

  • Once the decision has been made, kindly inform us of the approximate date(s) from when you wish to begin the treatment. Based on our booking list we will confirm your reservation. Check for the availability of rooms since we have limited number of rooms. After which, your can proceed to apply for the Visa and Flight tickets, or Flights first and then Visa, depending on the consulate requirements from your country.
  • Foreigners need a Visa to enter India. Please check the web site of the Indian consulate in your country. Note: please bear in mind that it is illegal to treat persons travelling with a tourist visa. Therefore, apply for MEDICAL VISA for medical purpose. 
  • Those who require an invitation or special letter for the consulate, we shall send to you scanned on our letter head, sealed with Doctor’s signature, and stamped.
